Adams, John (1778–80)

In 1778 took out a policy with the Sun Fire Office for £100 of which utensils and stock amounted to £20. By 1780 the cover had risen dramatically to £4,300 and £1,610 respectively. [GL, Sun MS vol. 289, p. 20]

Airay, John (1724–34)
